I pause to be still;
to breathe slowly;
to re-centre my scattered senses upon the presence of God

Dear Lord, in this quiet time, we breathe in the suffering of the world. We pause and invite love to transform it as we exhale. We breathe in the joy of the world, pause, and exhale with gratitude. We are aware that your presence is the web that connects each piece of creation. In this quiet time, with each breath, may the fruit of the spirit feed our souls. Amen.
In your name Papa, Jesus and Spirit. Amen

My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. You need to be generous to yourself in order to receive the love that surrounds you.
You can suffer from a desperate hunger to be loved.
You can search long years in lonely places, far outside yourself.

It is at the edge of your soul, but you have been blind to its presence.
We must remain attentive in order to be able to receive.
