Watchword for the week

May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to you, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

Psalm 139:11-12

As the sun went down that evening, people throughout the village brought sick family members to Jesus. No matter what their diseases were, the touch of his hand healed every one.

Luke 4:40

Prayer

Great Physician, you bring healing without medicines. You bring healing by seeking out those in the shadows and touching them with your loving embrace. Reach out to us, so that we may be your hands in the world today. Amen.
