Watchwords

Watchword for the week

For your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom. You rule throughout all generations.

The Lord always keeps his promises; he is gracious in all he does.

Psalm 145:13

In my vision the locusts ate every green plant in sight. Then I said, "O Sovereign Lord, please forgive us or we will not survive, for Israel is so small."

So the Lord relented from this plan. "I will not do it," he said.

Amos 7:2-3

I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them.

1 Timothy 2:1

Prayer

Listening God, we pray for your presence to be with our family, our friends, and our enemies. We pray for those who hunger and need shelter. We pray for those who are sick. We pray for all those who care for others. Amen.
